FORMULATION:

Each ml contains:

Florfenicol:        200mg

Carrier q.s. ad       1 ml

INDICATION:

Florfenicol is indicated for the treatment of the following diseases:

Swine: Pleuropneumonia (Actinobacillus pleuropneumoniae), Atrophic Rhinitis

(Pasteurella multocida, Bordetella bronchiseptica), Glasser’s disease

(Haemophilus parasuis), Enzootic Pneumonia (Mycoplasma hyopneumoniae)

and Streptococcus suis infecton

Poultry: Infections caused by Escherichia coli, Pasteurella spp., Staphylococcus spp., Ornithobacterium rhinotracheale; Severe acute respiratory conditions of  the upper

respiratory tract and other diseases caused by bacteria sensitive to Florfenicol.

DOSAGE AND ADMINISTATION:

For oral administration .The appropriate final dosage should be based on the daily

water consumption.

Swine: 1 L per 2000 L of drinking water (50 ppm;5 mg/kg body weight) for 5 to 7 days.

Poultry:1 L per 2000 L of drinking water (50 ppm;5 mg/kg body weigh) for 5 to 7 days.

WITHDRAWAL PERIOD:

For meat: Swine: 21 days. Poultry: 7 days.

CAUTION:

Foods, Drugs. Devices and Cosmetics Act prohibits dispensing without prescription

of a duly licensed veterinarian.
